Order Processing & Fulfillment Times

  • All orders with Ground (Economy) Shipping are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Expedited orders placed before 11:00 AM PT or (2:00 PM ET) from Tuesday - Thursday will be shipped same day.

After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email with the tracking information when your order has shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from the standard order processing and shipping times. Please account for non-business days when selecting your desired shipping method.

NOTE: Due to high volume of holiday sales, orders may take longer to arrive. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or postal service problems that are outside of our control. We will try to minimize any potential delays.

Local Delivery & In-store Pickup

  • At this time, we do not offer options for local delivery nor in-store pickup.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer International Shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. All shipping charges and fees are not refundable. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
