Rose Rewards is our complimentary loyalty and rewards program designed to celebrate our most loyal customers with every purchase. Earn points that can be redeemed for rewards, enjoy a birthday gift, and receive exclusive perks such as early access to sales and new arrivals.

In order to join the program, just click "Create a store account". Once you have done it, you are welcome to participate in all actions we have prepared for you to earn points.

You can earn points by completing actions listed in rewards tab. Just click on "Rewards" tab to see the list of activities available for you to take part.

Its very simple and straightforward. Just click on "Rewards" tab and you will see the list of all discounts you can redeem your points for. So you can greatly boost your savings.

View your rewards level and points through the Rewards dashboard located in My Account.

Points earned will expire one year from their acquisition date. Please check your account for the latest update on your point balance.

Rewards will expire 90 days from the date and time they are issued.

To maintain your current level, you need to continue spending accordingly. Your achieved level for a calendar year (e.g., Jan 1, 2024 – Dec 31, 2024) carries over into the following year. For instance, if you spend $1,000 in 2024 and reach Gold status, you will retain Gold status and its benefits until the end of 2024. Upon entering 2025, your Gold status and perks remain intact, but your spending total resets to $0. To retain your level for 2026, you must spend the required amount (in this example, $1,000).
