Ordering
Order History & Status
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order number and a confirmation email with your order summary. Orders generally take 1-3 business days for processing.
To check the current status of your order or to view your order history:
- Sign in to your account
- Select "Order History" from your account page.
- Find the order you are interested in and click on the "order number" or "track order" link to display your order details.
Changes
We work hard to process your order as quickly as possible. We highly recommend thoroughly reviewing all information prior to submitting your order. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the contents of your order.
Shipping
United States
Shipping Option: Ground (Economy)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days.
- Cost: $6.99
Shipping Option: Express
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2 business days
- Cost: $14.99
International
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Endless Rose is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Any applicable taxes and duties are billed to the recipient of an international shipment. Once customs officials determine the taxes and duties due, the recipient will be contacted to pay any charges so that the shipment can continue to move toward its destination. Please note, there will be an additional charge as the recipient.
Tracking My Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Holiday / Weekends
Weekends and holidays are excluded from the standard processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.
Returns
Conditions
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for a full refund subject to the following terms:
- Items must be postmarked within 30 days of delivered date.
- Items must be returned undamaged, unused, and with original tags attached.
- Items must be returned with their packing slip. If a packing slip is not avialable, please include your order number on a note in your return package.
United States
All returns are subject to $6.99 restocking fee.
Returns Processing Time
Returns take us 3 to 5 business days to process upon reaching our facility. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please see "Refunds" below for more detail.
Refunds
Returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to our facility. Once your return is processed, you will be advised if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be notified and a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer or accept exchanges.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order once it has been delivered and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item is received, so we can further evaluate the issue.

Final Sale
- Final sale items are indicated as final sale on the product page with the red "FINAL SALE" text. This does not include merchandise that is faulty, damaged, or does not correspond to its description.
- Any return of a FINAL SALE item will not be issued any form of credit - refund, store credit or exchange.
- Defected items on final sale must be claimed for exchange within 7 days of receiving. The exchange will be the same item, color and size as the original order.
- In the event you return a final sale item, you will be contacted to coordinate a return shipment back to you. You will also be responsible for the return shipment cost as you did not adhere to our terms & conditions. After our email is sent, failure to communicate with us within 2 business days to coordinate your return shipment will result in forfeit of item without any form of credit.

Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.
