Absolutely. Packages being shipped outside of the United States will be processed using the standard FedEx International Express. Please note that shipping costs will vary depending on the final destination of the package as well as the weight. Please note that duties, taxes, and customs fees will not be covered by us.
Register by clicking the link, Create My Account also located on the top right-hand corner and fill out the sign up form. Once you finished filling out the application, press the "CREATE MY ACCOUNT" button and your account should be created.
Each product page also has a size guide selection where we give notes and guidance on each particular style’s fit – which also provides a reference on which size was worn by the model and the model’s measurements. All brands run differently, so we would suggest using a tape measure to get the most accurate fit.

Order History and Status

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order number and a confirmation email with your order summary. Orders generally take 1-2 business days for processing and may be subject to payment verification.

To check the current status of your order or to view your order history:

1. Sign in to Your Account.
2. Select "Order History" from the menu on your account page.
3. Find the order you're interested in and click on the "Order Number" or "Track Order" link to display your order details.
After you received your order confirmation email, a second shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been mailed, and it will include the tracking number for your package.
Here at Endless Rose, we work hard to process your order as quickly as possible. We highly recommend thoroughly reviewing all information prior to submitting your order. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the content of your order.

Any applicable taxes and duties are billed to the recipient of an international shipment. Once customs officials determine the taxes and duties due, the recipient will be contacted to pay any charges so that the shipment can continue to move toward its destination. Please note there will be an additional charges as the recipient.

Orders with Ground Shipping can take up to 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 11 AM PT (2:00 PM ET) will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from the standard processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with the tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to make a return? We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return for any reason, here are some common questions. For more detail, please review our Returns Policy.

Please note that we ONLY offer exchanges for the same item in a different size. If you want to exchange for the different item, you will have to place a new order. Please note that you are only allowed an exchange 1 time per item. To process your exchange, please follow the return process on the website to return the item you originally purchased. The pre-paid return label will be provided to you. Once we have received your return, we will process your exchange and ship out the package. Please allow 3-5 business days for the exchange request to be processed and shipped. Once your exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and your exchange will arrive to you within 2-3 business days once shipped. We will waive the standard shipping fee on your exchange order.
We do not offer exchanges for International orders.

Get refunded faster with our easy online returns process. To start, sign into your account and click on Order History to select the order that you would like to return. Once you have selected your order, click “Request Return” and complete the instructions provided to print your return shipping label. After you have successfully created a return, we will send you an email confirmation with your return tracking information. You will receive an email once your return has been processed (make sure to check your spam folder). Once processed, please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be credited back to your original form of payment.
Please note that this service is currently only available for US customers (ONLY) excluding US territories.

1. Fill out the Return + Exchange Form on your packing list and pack it with your items in a securely sealed package. Don’t forget to save a copy of your order number for your records.
2. Make sure any old labels on your package are removed or obscured.

4. Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label. We do not accept COD returns.
5. We will email you when your return is processed.
Please note: Endless Rose is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.

International Returns
For international orders, Return Labels will not be provided.
In certain cases, where a return MUST be made, please ship back to the address provided on the above.
For international exchange, you have to return the item first and make another purchase.

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed. We will email you once it is processed. Get refunded faster with easy online returns and print FREE pre-paid return label online. See our Domestic Returns for details.

If you’ve requested an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your new order if it is shipping to the US. If you would like to expedite the exchange process, please return your original item and place a new order for the item you want. Exchanges are not available for international orders.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to make a return for any reason, the items must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a full refund. You will have up to 60 days after items have been purchased to exchange or receive store credit.

To be eligible for full refund, your items must meet the following conditions:
-Items must be postmarked within the 30 days of delivered date.
-Items must returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused condition.
-Items must be returned with original tags attached.

*Return labels will be not granted to returns that are requested after the initial 30-day period.
Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.

Endless Rose reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

1. Any return of a FINAL SALE item will not be issued any form of credit - refund, store credit or exchange.
2. In the event you return a FINAL SALE item, you will be contacted to coordinate a return shipment back to you. You will also be responsible for the return shipment cost as you did not adhere to our FINAL SALE Terms & Conditions.
3. After our email is sent, failure to communicate with us within 2 business days to coordinate your return shipment will result in forfeit of item without any form of credit.
4. Defected items on final sale must be claimed for exchange within 7 days of receiving. The exchange will be the same item, color and size as the original order.

DOMESTIC
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the return has been processed. Please allow 2-3 business days once the item is received to process the return. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase.
