Need to make a return? We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return for any reason, here are the details:

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@endlessrose.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Conditions
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to make a return for any reason, the items must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a full refund. You will have up to 60 days after items have been purchased to exchange or receive store credit.
To be eligible for full refund, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be postmarked within the 30 days of delivered date.
- Items must returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused condition.
- Items must be returned with original tags attached.
Endless Rose reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
NOTE: Return labels will not be granted after the initial 30-day period.
Domestic Returns
Get refunded faster with our easy online returns process.
- 1. To start, sign into your account and click on Order History to select the order that you would like to return
- 2. Once you have selected your order, click “Request Return” and complete the instructions provided to print your return shipping label.
- 3. After you have successfully created a return, we will send you an email confirmation with your return tracking information.
- 4. You will receive an email once your return has been processed (make sure to check your spam folder).
- 5. Once processed, please allow 1 to 3 business days for refunds to be credited back to your original form of payment.
NOTE: This service is currently only available for US customers (ONLY) excluding US territories.
International Returns
- For International Orders: Return labels will not be provided.
- For International Exchanges: You have to return the item first and make another purchase.
- In certain cases, where a return MUST be made, please ship back to the address provided on the above.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Final Sale
Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges on orders are not refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note that we ONLY offer exchanges for the same item in a different size. If you want to exchange for the different item, you will have to place a new order. Please note that you are only allowed an exchange 1 time per item. To process your exchange, please follow the return process on the website to return the item you originally purchased. The pre-paid return label will be provided to you. Once we have received your return, we will process your exchange and ship out the package. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the exchange request to be processed and shipped. Once your exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and your exchange will arrive to you within 2 to 3 business days once shipped. We will waive the standard shipping fee on your exchange order.
NOTE: We do not offer exchanges for International orders.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Domestic
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the return has been processed. Please allow 2 to 3 business days once the item is received to process the return. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase.
Returns Process Time

If you’ve requested an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your new order if it is shipping to the US. If you would like to expedite the exchange process, please return your original item and place a new order for the item you want. Exchanges are not available for international orders.
Returns without a pre-paid label?
- 1. Fill out the Return + Exchange Form on your packing list and pack it with your items in a securely sealed package. Don’t forget to save a copy of your order number for your records.
- 2. Make sure any old labels on your package are removed or obscured.
- 3. Address your package to:

- 4. Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label. We do not accept COD returns.
- 5. We will email you when your return is processed.
NOTE: Endless Rose is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
Final Sale
- 1. Any return of a FINAL SALE item will not be issued any form of credit - refund, store credit or exchange.
- 2. In the event you return a FINAL SALE item, you will be contacted to coordinate a return shipment back to you. You will also be responsible for the return shipment cost as you did not adhere to our FINAL SALE Terms & Conditions.
- 3. After our email is sent, failure to communicate with us within 2 business days to coordinate your return shipment will result in forfeit of item without any form of credit.
- 4. Defected items on final sale must be claimed for exchange within 7 days of receiving. The exchange will be the same item, color and size as the original order.
