Need to make a return? We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return for any reason, please click below "Start A Return" and follow the remaining instructions. You can always contact us for any return question at info@endlessrose.com.

Start a Return

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

NOTE: Returns will not be accepted after the initial 30-day period.


Conditions

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for a full refund subject to the following terms:

  • Items must be postmarked within 30 days of delivered date.
  • Items must be returned undamaged, unused, and with original tags attached.
  • Items must be returned with their packing slip. If a packing slip is not available, please include your order number on a note in your return package.

Endless Rose reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.


United States

Free returns are available to U.S. customers. Exclusions may apply, please see below "Exceptions / Non-returnable Items" for more detail.


International

International orders may be returned but are not eligible for free return labels. If you have placed an international order and wish to make a return, customer is responsible for return shipping and fees.


Restocking Fee

Please note, a $6.99 restocking fee will be charged for all returns.


Returns Processing Time

Returns take us 3 to 5 business days to process upon reaching our facility. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please see "Refunds" below for more detail.

NOTE: Endless Rose is not responsible for any returns lost or stolen in transit.

Refunds

Returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to our facility. Once your return is processed, you will be advised if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be notified and a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

NOTE: Returns received without a provided order number or packing slip will experience delays in processing and issuing a refund. Please see above "Conditions" for more detail.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer or accept exchanges.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order once it has been delivered and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item is received, so we can further evaluate the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Discounted items are not eligible for free return labels.

Final Sale

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale and not returnable or elgible for refund. Exclusions may apply.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges on express and ground (economy) orders are not refundable.

  • Final sale items are indicated as final sale on the product page with the red "FINAL SALE" text. This does not include merchandise that is faulty, damaged, or does not correspond to its description.
  • Any return of a FINAL SALE item will not be issued any form of credit - refund, store credit or exchange.
  • Defected items on final sale must be claimed for exchange within 7 days of receiving. The exchange will be the same item, color and size as the original order.
  • In the event you return a final sale item, you will be contacted to coordinate a return shipment back to you. You will also be responsible for the return shipment cost as you did not adhere to our terms & conditions. After our email is sent, failure to communicate with us within 2 business days to coordinate your return shipment will result in forfeit of item without any form of credit.
